Processing performance

1. Cold working: Titanium Grade 2 is easy to cold work and can be precisely formed and processed.

2. Machining: It can be machined using conventional methods, but its high hardness and melting point need to be noted.

3. Welding: MIG and TIG welding are the preferred methods, usually using an argon-helium gas mixture for best results. And the side in contact with the medium adopts the TIG welding method with inert gas protection.
