Processing technology and challenges

1. Forming difficulty: Due to the high strength of the material and the work hardening effect, cutting requires the use of carbide tools and special cooling solutions, and welding requires high-precision inert gas protection to avoid oxidation.

2. Heat treatment: Annealing can optimize toughness, and solution aging treatment can further improve strength, but the temperature must be precisely controlled to avoid grain coarsening.
