Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy, corresponding to the US grade Grade 5 and the Chinese grade TC4, is a **(α+β) type dual-phase titanium alloy**, with a chemical composition of titanium (Ti) balance, 5.5%~6.8% aluminum (Al) and 3.5%~4.5% vanadium (V), and limited impurity elements such as iron (Fe≤0.30%) and carbon (C≤0.10%). This alloy achieves excellent comprehensive performance by stabilizing the α phase with aluminum and the β phase with vanadium, and is currently one of the most widely used titanium alloys.
