Main grades and performance indicators

Secondary cold-rolled tin-plated steel coil covers DR7M~DR10 grades, and the implementation standards include Q/BQB450-2009, JIS G3303:2008, etc. The tempering hardness range corresponds to Rockwell hardness (HR30T) 54-68, which is suitable for large can bodies, high-pressure containers and other scenes34. Its thickness tolerance is controlled within 8.5%, and the width tolerance is 0~1.5mm. The hardness uniformity is ensured by continuous annealing (CAPL) process.
