Basic information and material properties

Nickel Alloy 201, also known as N02201 or W.Nr.2.4061, is a pure commercial nickel alloy with extremely low carbon content. It has excellent corrosion resistance, welding performance and processing performance. Its physical density is 8.89g/cm³ and it can be stably used in high temperature environments up to 1230℃. The mechanical properties of this material change with the processing state. The tensile strength of the annealed product at room temperature is about 45-80N/mm², the yield strength is 15-30N/mm², and the elongation is 15-40%. The cold-drawn state shows higher strength
