Basic information and composition

Inconel 600 alloy steel bar is a nickel-chromium-iron based solid solution strengthened alloy. Its domestic and foreign names include INCONEL 600, 600 alloy, nickel-based alloy 600, high nickel alloy, etc. The corresponding national standards include UNS N06600, DIN/EN 2.4816, ASTM B168, ASME SB-168, AMS 5540, NCF 600, etc.

2. Forged round steel: Φ40.0mm-Φ250.0mm, Φ15.0mm-Φ250.0mm

3. Other forms: plates, strips, pipes, wires, etc. (such as rolled sheet thickness 0.01mm-2.0mm, round tubes support seamless/welded forms)

Mainly follow the standards of many countries such as ASTM, ASME in the United States, DIN in Germany, JIS in Japan, GB in China, etc.

Core performance characteristics

1. Mechanical properties: tensile strength σb ≥ 550MPa, with excellent cold and hot processing and welding process performance

2. Temperature resistance: The design operating temperature range is from low temperature to 1093℃, and the thermal strength and plasticity are excellent below 700℃

3. Corrosion resistance:

Outstanding high-temperature oxidation resistance, still maintains good oxidation resistance and carbonization resistance stability at 1093℃

Excellent corrosion resistance to hydrogen chloride (below 538℃) and chlorine (below 510℃) media

Stable in nitrogen, hydrogen and carburizing environments, but the upper limit of the use temperature in a reducing atmosphere containing hydrogen sulfide is 535℃

4. Other characteristics: high surface finish, good cleaning performance, suitable for thin plate forming and complex welding structure production
