Features

Corrosion resistance

It can operate stably for a long time under severe corrosion conditions such as acid, alkali, chloride, etc., especially in high-temperature hydrogen sulfide and acidic oil well environments. It has good corrosion resistance in various media, such as sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, nitric acid and organic acids, alkali metals such as sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide and hydrochloric acid solution. Its high nickel content makes the alloy effective in stress corrosion cracking resistance, and its comprehensive performance is also good when it is processed in nuclear combustion dissolvers with various corrosive media, such as sulfuric acid, nitric acid and sodium hydroxide in the same equipment.

High temperature strength

It has excellent high temperature strength and can maintain good mechanical properties under certain high temperature environment, which is suitable for equipment under high temperature conditions.

Other properties

It also has corrosion crack resistance and corrosion fatigue resistance. And it has good plasticity and machinability, which is suitable for the processing and manufacturing of complex parts. In addition, it has beautiful surface and diverse use possibilities; high strength, large possibility of thin plate use; temperature oxidation resistance, fire resistance; easy plastic processing at room temperature; no surface treatment is required, simple and simple; clean, high finish; good welding performance.

Application fields

Mainly used in chemical, marine, petroleum, natural gas, nuclear industry and other fields, such as pipelines, storage tanks, heaters, heat exchangers, valves, pumps and other equipment. Specifically, it can be used for heating pipes, containers, baskets and chains used in sulfuric acid pickling plants; seawater cooling heat exchangers, marine product pipeline systems; acidic gas environment pipelines; heat exchangers, evaporators, washing, impregnation tubes in phosphoric acid production; air heat exchangers in petroleum refining; food engineering, chemical processes; flame retardant alloys for high-pressure oxygen applications, etc. In addition, with the development of modern industry, the market demand in aerospace, automobile, construction and other fields is also growing.

Process performance and requirements

Heating requirements

The alloy heating environment cannot contain sulfur, phosphorus, lead or other low-melting-point metals, because impurities (from marking paint, chalk, lubricating oil, water, fuel, etc.) may make the alloy brittle.

Hot working

The suitable hot working temperature is 1150 - 900℃, and the cooling method can be water quenching or rapid air cooling.

Welding

Tungsten electrode inert gas shielded welding, plasma arc welding, manual sub-arc welding, metal inert gas shielded welding, and melt inert gas shielded welding can be used, among which pulse arc welding is the preferred option
