Docol 800DP belongs to the category of dual-phase steel (DP). Its microstructure is mainly composed of ferrite and martensite, in which martensite is dispersed in the ferrite matrix in an island shape. This organizational structure gives the material no aging characteristics and low yield strength ratio, and at the same time has a high work hardening index and bake hardening value, so that it can further improve its strength through strain strengthening during the forming process

Key performance characteristics

Balance between high strength and formability: As an advanced high-strength steel, its tensile strength is usually not less than 780MPa (refer to the performance of DP steel in the same series), and its elongation after fracture is about 10%-14%, which is suitable for cold forming of complex structural parts.

Excellent surface quality: The cold rolling process makes its surface precision high, which can meet the scenes with high requirements for appearance such as mechanical equipment housing and electrical structure.

Processing adaptability: supports customized opening (such as 1m×2m, 1.219m×2.438m and other specifications), and can be made into special-shaped parts through deep processing such as stamping and bending.
