1. Mechanical properties

As the temperature increases, the yield strength (Rp0.2) and tensile strength (Rm) of the material show a downward trend, for example:

At 100℃: Rp0.2=205MPa, Rm=500MPa

At 300℃: Rp0.2=145MPa, Rm=440MPa

Physical properties include density 8.0g/mm³, elastic modulus 195GPa, and linear expansion coefficient 15.8×10⁻⁶/℃.

2. Surface and processing characteristics

The surface quality is flat and the adhesion is excellent. It supports coating and paint processing. Customized services such as shearing, striping, and stamping can be provided.
