Key performance parameters of Docol 1000DP

1. Physical properties

Density is 8.0 g/mm³, elastic modulus is 195 GPa, linear expansion coefficient is 15.8×10⁻⁶/℃, thermal conductivity is 12 W/m℃, heat capacity is 450 J/Kg℃, and electrical resistance is 1.0μΩm. These parameters provide basic data support for material design and processing technology

2. Mechanical properties

The work hardening curves at different temperatures show that with the increase of temperature, its yield strength (Rp0.2), conditional yield strength (Rp1.0) and tensile strength (Rm) all show a downward trend:

100℃: Rp0.2=205 MPa, Rp1.0=235 MPa, Rm=500 MPa2

200℃: Rp0.2=175 MPa, Rp1.0=205 MPa, Rm=460 MPa2

300℃: Rp0.2=145 MPa, Rp1.0=175 MPa, Rm=440 MPa

3. Corrosion resistance

It exhibits certain corrosion resistance in specific corrosive environments: the corrosion rate of fatty acids in the distillation tower is 0.06 mm/a; the corrosion rate under NO3 20%+HF 4%, 25℃ is 0.51 mm/a
